Living an Intuitive Life

Mom Died Last Night: My shared death experience.

A memoir of death, grief, and afterlife communication.

After my mother passed away, I felt compelled to write. What I originally thought would be a personal chronicle in order to process my mother’s death and my own grief quickly turned into more… not only was I channeling my grief and experience into words, but I knew without a doubt in the moments, hours, and days that followed, my mother was communicating with me.

After she was no longer in physical form, it was evident she was very much still a part of my life. To both send me messages and let me know she was still around me, she was still here in spirit

Cliteracy and The Yoni Egg

An invitation to reclaim the wisdom, power, and pleasure that has always lived within your body.

This book is divided into two parts:

Part One: Cliteracy:

Explores the anatomy, history, and liberation of the vulva and clitoris. We will decolonize language, map the full structure of female pleasure, and celebrate the diversity of vulvas.

Part Two: The Yoni Egg Practice:

Introduces the ancient and modern uses of jade or crystal eggs for pelvic healing, sexual awakening, trauma release, and spiritual empowerment.

Together, these two paths weave into one journey: learning, loving, and reclaiming your body.

Mom Died Last Night: My shared death experience. A memoir of death, grief, and afterlife communication: Insightful and timeless Heartwarming, thought provoking, and incredibly moving…..that’s how I would describe this incredible story “Mom Died Last Night” by Liz Peterson. But what makes it so touching is you don’t have to wait until someone dear to you passes away to gain valuable insight and perspective. Liz lays out some invaluable questions and suggestions to ask someone who is important to you to help you improve and deepen that relationship in the present; so maybe you can avoid some of the heartache and trauma associated with the death of a loved one! It is clear that Liz Peterson has much knowledge and experience to share with her readers on how to keep the memory and moments alive….. even after death!

Mom Died Last Night: My shared death experience. A memoir of death, grief, and afterlife communication: Open-hearted, honest, and thought-provoking Liz Peterson writes with deep love and conviction when addressing her experiences of connection after the death of her mother. I especially appreciated the examples she gives of self-care and concern for her own well-being and that of her children while acknowledging the importance of processing the many emotions that come with the grief experience. "Shared death experience" is a wonderful way to talk about the connection between those of us who are aware of the energy and confirmation that comes to us when a beloved is no longer in physical form, but still very present in multiple ways in our lives. A beautiful memoir!

Mom Died Last Night: My shared death experience. A memoir of death, grief, and afterlife communication: If you have lost ANYONE in your life to death, then perhaps this book is for you. If you have lost ANYONE in your life to death, then perhaps this book is for you. For me, it has been therapy,so I will re-read it time, and time again, to help me with the continued process of healing “my issues” related to the grief, and the loss of my Mom.The title attracted me “Mom Died Last Night”, because I lost my mother in 2018. Coincidently (not!), Liz’s mom’s name was Constance, and my mother’s name was Constance as well...As I read the writing of Liz’s journey with the passing of her Mom, My journey of grief paralleled in my own dialog/experience, and my journey to healing also paralleled in the same way.I cried, and I cried while reading the book,I conversed with my Mom from the other side,I recognized signs of her presence with me,and I see her continuation, in me and my children. I recognize “her” in “our” characteristics, and behaviors. (This is a good thing). 😊❤️Thank you for the gift of this book Liz! 💕

Mom Died Last Night: My shared death experience. A memoir of death, grief, and afterlife communication: An Intimate Telling of a Universal Experience Though talking about grief, loss, death, and more - communication with those who have passed on - this book is accessible and even comfort-able. I think it's because of the open-hearted and present way that Liz Peterson communicates her story. Stream-of-thought, reflection, insight and discovery, Liz Peterson presents another side to the death experience that's not often spoken of, to everyone's detriment.
