If you have lost ANYONE in your life to death, then perhaps this book is for you. For me, it has been therapy,so I will re-read it time, and time again, to help me with the continued process of healing “my issues” related to the grief, and the loss of my Mom.The title attracted me “Mom Died Last Night”, because I lost my mother in 2018. Coincidently (not!), Liz’s mom’s name was Constance, and my mother’s name was Constance as well...As I read the writing of Liz’s journey with the passing of her Mom, My journey of grief paralleled in my own dialog/experience, and my journey to healing also paralleled in the same way.I cried, and I cried while reading the book,I conversed with my Mom from the other side,I recognized signs of her presence with me,and I see her continuation, in me and my children.
