What is an Intuitive Healing Session?
An intuitive healing session is the best of both worlds. Intuitive guidance combined with energy work.
The session is 90 minutes long. It begins with a 30 minute intuitive check-in at the beginning of the session where we discuss the reason for your visit. After the 30 minutes you’ll transition to the table where you’ll receive your chelation. A chelation is a hand- on energy healing that follows the meridians and major 7 chakras of the body. You are clothed (dressed comfortably). A sheet or blanket (temperature dependent) will be provided, a bolster for your knees, and a pillow for your head if desired. Although not guaranteed, during the chelation I will share any and all intuitive guidance I receive as it arises.
During a session you may expect to go into a deep state of relaxation. Depending on the reason for the visit we may work on injuries, emotions, traumas, past life influences, any and all energy you’ve picked up from the collective field, cords, extractions, patterns, beliefs, programs, and more- past and present.
Everyone can benefit from energy healing. And may be combined with other therapies.

What is energy work?
Energy work has been around for thousands of years. It is working with the energetic systems of a person. The Aura, Chakras, Mental/Physical/Emotional layers of human existence. Energy work is the intentional effort to manipulate your or someone else’s energy for spiritual, emotional, or physical healing. The practitioner becomes a vehicle or conduit of energy for the client. They allow the subtle natural energies of earth and atmosphere to flow through themselves, and out of their hands to the client. Energy practitioners are aware that the body is instilled with a subtle energy—Chi or life force—that must be clear and balanced for good health.
In traditional Chinese Medicine this force is called qi or chi, and flows on meridians throughout body. In Ayurveda, energy is called “bala”, balance. The balance in every aspect of life- mind,
body, senses, and consciousness.
The basis of energy healing is to remove blocks in your body’s energetic field that can cause poor health from the Aura, chakras, “energetic system” – these hold our life’s history, experiences,
trauma, pastlives, ect.. Anything we have encountered in our lives can remain held as an energetic block in the human field.
Energy healing is a holistic practice where healers channel universal life force (or healing energy) into a patient to help balance, heal and remove blockages from the body. Then flow,
balance, harmony and vitality within the body can be restored and/or maintained during a treatment.
Our energetic bodies are intertwined with our physical bodies. All the traumas we carry physically, emotionally and psychologically impact the functionality of our energy systems
(chakras) and vice versa. To maintain vibrant health, the body needs its energies to have energetic space to flow freely throughout the body. When energies become blocked because of
